Dynosoft Excel LLC specializes in website development, eCommerce solutions for new businesses, and provides legal and technical guidance to help clients successfully launch their online presence in the United States.
2. Advance Payments
All projects require an advance payment before work begins.
Strict Policy:
Advance payments made toward any service are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Website design and development services
- eCommerce website setup
- Consultation, planning, and strategy services
- Legal and technical guidance for business setup
This policy is in place due to the allocation of resources, time, and initial planning involved in every project.
3. Milestone Payments
For projects structured in phases or milestones:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Once a milestone has been approved or delivered, it is considered accepted by the client.
4. Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has commenced:
- Any payments already made will not be refunded.
- The client will remain responsible for payment of any completed work or pending milestones up to the cancellation date.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are generally not provided. However, exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of Dynosoft Excel LLC in the following rare cases:
- The Company is unable to initiate the project due to internal constraints
- Duplicate payment made by the client
Any approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
6. Service Scope and Deliverables
Dynosoft Excel LLC provides:
- Custom website development
- eCommerce website solutions for startups and new businesses
- Technical support and guidance
- General assistance and direction related to launching an online business
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project requirements
- Timely communication and feedback
- Supplying necessary content and materials
Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.
7. Revisions and Support
We aim to ensure client satisfaction through:
- Agreed-upon revisions during development
- Technical support as per the project scope
Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges and are not grounds for refunds.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized disputes may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Legal action if necessary
9. Policy Updates
Dynosoft Excel LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted and effective immediately upon publication.
